On Tuesday 22nd September 2026 (4pm - 4:30pm) we at eServices are hosting a FREE online training session on using AI.

AI (Artificial Intelligence) is the new buzz word for computers and seems to promise the world. We will see how it can be used to save us time and make us more productive. However, there are also the dangers and biases we have to be aware of.

This training session is available to ALL school/council staff, even if you do not usually receive technical support from us at eServices.

Please click here to access our online booking form for this session and all our other planned free training sessions for September - November (please see below for more information about our other sessions). Once you've filled out the form, we will then email you an invite to the Microsoft Teams meeting closer to the date of the session. If you do not have Microsoft Teams do not worry, any device with a web browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Safari, etc.) can access the meeting.

Other Free Training Sessions

During September - November, we are hosting a series of FREE 30 minute online training sessions looking at different aspects of Windows, Office 365, and eSafety, including important information about AI. We've held similar training sessions over the past few years which were exceptionally well received. These sessions are free to any school/council staff and are designed to go over some of those key skills you may have missed and enable you to work on each system more efficiently and effectively.

Each session will take place after school between 4pm and 4.30pm and consist of 20 minutes going through the key skills followed by 10 minutes for any questions. They will all take place online and through Microsoft Teams. All sessions can be booked using the booking form link provided above.

Please click here to view a list of all the free training sessions we will be providing.
