All events are free with some delivered as part of the Department of Culture, Media and Sport-funded Know your Neighbourhood scheme, aimed at boosting volunteering opportunities, tackling isolation and connecting people to their local communities. Funding has been distributed in partnership with Libraries Connected and Arts Council England.

Robert Johnson, Head of Service, Community Information, said: “We have organised a range of events and activities over the next few days, making Green Libraries Week the perfect time to find out what your local library has to offer."

It's free to join Wolverhampton's libraries – to find out more, please visit www.wolverhampton.gov.uk/libraries, call 01902 552025 or follow the library service on social media at www.facebook.com/wolveslibraries and www.x.com/wolveslibraries.
