Award Winning Poet Hosts Workshop

Award-Winning poet, Rachel Rooney, will be giving a lively and interactive performance aimed at Children in Years 4, 5 and 6 in October. Rachel (The Language of a Cat, My Life as a Goldfish, A Kid in My Class) will be investigating questions such as: What is poetry? Where does it come from? How does it make you feel?

 

She will also be performing poems from her collections and there will be lots of opportunities for the audience to join in. 

The event is on Thursday 11th October 2018 at The Grand Theatre in Wolverhampton. It starts at 10.30am and lasts approximately an hour. Tickets are £5 per child with teachers going FREE.
