Schools are reminded that their Internet / Broadband & Telephony services are provided and managed by the Corporate ICT team and not the Education based eServices team.
Any issues regarding internet filtering, reliability or performance must be logged with Corporate ICTS on 01902 558000 or ICT.email@example.com.
The eServices team regret that they are unable to respond directly on such matters.
Schools are advised however that the eServices team are aware of their current concerns regarding the provision of these services and are pressing for a resolution of these.
Technicians from the eServices team will of course offer their full support to corporate colleagues as required in order to ensure a prompt resolution.
